Who do I call if something goes wrong with the website or I can’t figure something out?

Help Me Net is your first contact should something go wrong with your website. We will determine whether it is something the hosting company needs to fix or something that is covered by your website care plan. Simply email our Support team.

What do you mean I can cancel anytime?

If our services are not right for you, or financial constraints make it necessary, we are happy to cancel your account, stop the next payment and provide documentation on what you will need to do next.

Should you wish to rejoin with us at a later date, you may need to undergo a website fitness test.

How do content changes work?

Your time is precious and should be spent with your customers and growing your business, not logging in and updating your website.

We take care of content changes for you up to the time specified time for your plan. All you need to do is email the content changes (text or photos) and we’ll get them done for you, within three business days.

You simply send us an email with clear instructions on the content you want to change on your website and we get straight to work and let you know when it’s done. Content changes include any text or image change. This covers things like adding a testimonials section or a new event to your website.

What happens if my site is hacked or breaks?

We specialise in preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.

We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups. We will help you get your site backup and running as quickly as possible. This may mean referring you to a professional clean-up squad, but we’ll help you through the process.

Does monthly time roll over?

Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans. As we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, this time does not rollover.

Do you manage woocommerce sites?

Websites with advanced functionality are resource intensive. Because we are a small-scale agency, our Summit Club plans are not available for WooCommerce websites.
